Hoarding is only one of the problems.

3 Dog Limit

One way to help a person self limit, is to take a cue from the tribe of 99.

4 - Boxed in

Another way to limit yourself is to build runs, but only enough for Your Magic Number of dogs.

5 Hoard - I love you

Another way, is to breed an easier breed. But beware, all is not as easy as it seems.
